Delivery Timeline
Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 noon, Hong Kong time. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will typically be scheduled for delivery within the following 2 to 3 business days, depending on volume and destination.
During peak festival periods — Christmas, Lunar New Year, and Mid-Autumn Festival — we recommend placing your order as early as possible, as delivery slots fill quickly and next-day delivery may not be guaranteed during the busiest days leading up to each festival.

You can specify your preferred delivery date / week when placing your order. For corporate and bulk orders with multiple recipients or specific delivery windows, our dedicated account team can help coordinate scheduling across all your delivery addresses — including staggered delivery dates if your gift list spans several days.
