3. Receive Your Custom Quote / Invoice We will prepare a tailored quote / invoice within 1 business day. For large or complex orders, we may request a brief call to confirm details. |

4. Approve & Confirm Once you approve the quote / invoice, we will send a formal order confirmation. For custom branded orders, please allow 10 – 20 business days for production. *Note: Production lead time might vary based on requirement and quantity. |

Note: For peak season orders (Chinese New Year, Mid Autumn Festival, Christmas), please submit your bulk order form at least 3 – 4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred hamper range and delivery schedule.

What is the minimum quantity for a bulk order?
Our bulk order pricing applies to orders of 30 hampers or above, while custom branding services applies to orders of 100 hampers or above. For smaller orders, all hampers are available for individual purchase through email or website. Click the link below to download our Bulk Order Form.

How far in advance should I place a bulk order?
For standard bulk orders, we recommend at least 7 – 10 business days lead time. For branded or customised orders (custom ribbon, logo boxes), please allow 10 – 20 business days or more, depending on the requirement and quantity. For Chinese New Year, Mid Autumn Festival and Christmas peak seasons, please place your order 3 – 4 weeks in advance.
Can I mix different hamper types in one bulk order?
Yes. Many corporate clients send different hamper tiers to different recipient groups — for example, a Premium Hamper for senior clients and Delight Hamper for staff. We can manage mixed orders and coordinate separate delivery schedules for each tier.
Can each hamper have a different personalised message?
Yes. We support individual recipient names, personalised messages and sender names for each hamper in a bulk order. Simply fill in the bulk order form and our team will handle the personalisation.
